Why Small Steps?

Coaching is a collaborative process through one or a series of open and non-direct conversations with the purpose of giving people the space and openness to look at any aspect of their lives. Coaching can help to unlock potential, define goals and gain clarity over your life and where you are heading. Coaching differs from therapy because it is primarily about moving forward.

Do any of the following sound familiar to you?

• Self-sabotage
• Procrastination
• Limiting beliefs
• Negative thoughts and mindset
• Low confidence, self-esteem and self-belief
• Feeling lost or directionless
• Lack of Clarity
• Knowing you're capable of more but not knowing where to start
• Perfectionism

The Small Steps approach

“Confidence comes from competence. You don’t need to feel confident to get started”
- Georgie Dickins

The small steps approach helps you to reassess your approach to challenges and time of change, breaking down ideas and thoughts into more manageable pieces in order to move forward with confidence.
